Locked Out
Last night I was on the way out of house to go and get a pancake and as the door was closing I remembered I had not checked the lock and then it clicked shut. I had left the other set of keys in the lock inside which means you can not put your key in from the outside. I was locked out.
Lunchtime BBQ
Today the weather in Spain was very misty and this morning resembled a scene from The Fog but around 3pm the clouds broke, the mist vanished and the sun came out to play.
Mums 60th Birthday
I went back to England for my mums 60TH birthday party which was a lunchtime BBQ at my parents house. The weather however did not know what we planned as it rained all day but it was still a great party and we moved all the chairs and tables inside.
La Creperia
The weather in Spain yesterday morning was cloudy so we went into the port for a coffee and the one person who benefits when the weather is bad is my nephew. We took him to the toy shop and discovered a whole new range of miniatures including toilet paper.

I am testing rssgraffiti to import my blog posts to Facebook as I am not happy with either the notes feature in FB and twitterfeed which really should be called a new name.
Flying with Jayden
I woke up this morning at 4 AM to bring my sister and nephew out to Spain and as this was the first time I had travelled with a child I was a bit apprehensive about the trip. I can happily say he was an angel even though he only slept for half an hour and stopped me from sleeping by poking me in the eye. He thinks it is a game when you close your eyelids, it was not this morning.
Chair Upgrade
I was lying on my towel on the beach when suddenly I felt the glow from the sun vanish. I opened my eyes expecting to see clouds but instead my dad was hovering there with his hand blocking the sun.
Bad Hair Day
I am in still in Marbella and yesterday I had to change my sheets on my bed myself which was the first time since I left Australia. I was very slow and badly out of practice but it shows how well I have been looked after.
Horizontal
I have been horizontal for most of the day and before you say that sounds like a hard life then STOP. This is a dangerous hobby and has now spun fads like Planking which is the action of lying face down with arms to the sides of the body, I am more of a lying face up kind of person. People have been charged by the police and even killed, so before you pass judgement just take a moment to think of the casualties.
