3rd November 09 Water Usage Part 3

I got my third water bill and I managed to reduce my average daily usage from the last quarter but I am still not below my first bill which I am using as my benchmark. It is really hard to comprehend how one person can use an average of 233 litres a day, that is an average which means on a Sunday I must use at least 1000 litres.

Who knew being environmentally friendly was such hard work?

  1. WTF? How are you using 1000lts on a Sunday! Are you hiding a hot tub somewhere? Do you have a water slide to the ground floor now? Have you fitted a English weather simulator so it rains all day on a Sunday? Explain your water abuse please smile

  2. it has to be my shower , what else can it be when my daily average is over 200l. I need to find a chart for min in shower per litres used

  3. OK some showers can use around 25litres per minute so a 15min shower would use 375litres, I think I have found where the problem is
