Currently in Melbourne we are having a major transport problem as the population increases faster than the transport network can grow. Look at my post a year ago on a typical train journey. How crazy is it to let people take motorbikes onto the train instead of riding them on the road?
This is not an isolated incident; it is the third one I have seen in the past month.

john said actually by law, that is regarded as a motorcycle, and a motorcycle licence is required to ride it. he's wearing a scooter helmet, which is very similar to a motorcycle helmet, but not that similar to a bicycle helmet. (it may look like a bicycle helmet because the bottom half of it is camouflaged against his top.) this is illegal and i'm surprised he got onto the train without being caught. viva is right: anything petrol-driven is not allowed on trains.
